These Terms & Conditions govern use of the GRASAE website and purchases from VISITING FRIENDS TRADE INC. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Product information and suitability
We aim to present products accurately, but photography, production changes, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may affect color, dimensions, weight, finish, included components, or appearance. Accessories, consumables, assembly, installation, certification, or services shown in images are not included unless listed in the product description.
The customer is responsible for confirming intended application, working capacity, duty cycle, voltage, phase, plug type, compressed-air or fuel requirements, floor load, clearances, ventilation, local codes, operator training, guards, personal protective equipment, and any installation or inspection requirements before use. Contact customer care before ordering if a specification is unclear.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch, subject to applicable law. Inventory may be held at independent fulfillment locations and can change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a catalog or pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, export controls, or legal requirements. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Shipping, taxes, duties, brokerage, installation, and optional services may be additional. The total charged by the store is shown at checkout. Payment processing and refunds are further explained in the Payment Policy.
Delivery, returns, and warranty
Processing, parcel and freight service, international delivery, access requirements, damage reporting, returns, refunds, cancellations, and warranty assistance are governed by the Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty policies. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Safe and lawful use
Equipment must be assembled, installed, inspected, maintained, and operated by appropriately qualified persons in accordance with manuals, ratings, safety warnings, and applicable law. Do not disable guards or safety devices. The customer is responsible for permits, workplace controls, operator training, and site suitability.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the site for lawful shopping and account purposes. You may not interfere with site security, scrape protected account data, introduce harmful code, misuse checkout, impersonate another person, or use the site for fraudulent activity. Site design, text, graphics, and trademarks are protected by applicable rights and may not be reused except as permitted by law.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss and loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable installation, operation outside stated ratings, or failure to follow safety instructions are excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in the customer’s jurisdiction.
